  7. If I have a setback for one of my appointments, what should I do? No worries, you can cancel it or change the time. A confirmation email will be sent to you according to your choice.
  8. Can I have a Naturopathy consultation remotely? For the first consultation, it is best to do it face to face. Quite simply, because the first consultation is essential to understand you better, to know you. The following can be done remotely.

  14. Is my payment secure? Yes. You can check it with the padlock (certificate verification) or the display "https://www.goobio.fr".
  15. When will I be charged? After verification of payment, your order is validated. You will be debited immediately after the order is validated.
  16. What delivery methods are available? We can deliver with Colissimo, Chronopost (with supplement), Click and Collect, if the packages are not heavy, an express delivery person can come during the day by appointment and the order is placed before 2 p.m. (Contact us for further information).
