1. Why create an account? Quite simply, to better manage your orders, your deliveries, so as not to miss any promotions!
2. How do I create an account? Creating an account is optional but strongly recommended. You will be able to order quickly with each order. First possibility: Before shopping, click on the icon at the top right and register. Second possibility: before payment, you will be asked for information. If you don't have an account, click sign in. And, at that moment you can create your account.
3. How do I modify my account? It's very simple, on your account, click on edit.
4. How do I recover my password? Click on Forgot your password? and enter your email.
5. How do I shop on goobio.fr? Once again, it's very simple! Let yourself be guided by the sections that best suit you. As you know, our priority is to make you happy! If you have no ideas at the moment, do not hesitate to see the articles at low prices, if you are greedy, sweet or savory cookies, for example. Click on the product and then put it in the shopping cart. And, voila!
6. How do I book a massage session or Naturopathy consultations? On the home page, you have the possibility to do so. Click on Appointment and then a calendar will appear to choose the day and time of the appointment. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
7. If I have a setback for one of my appointments, what should I do? No worries, you can cancel it or change the time. A confirmation email will be sent to you according to your choice.
8. Can I have a Naturopathy consultation remotely? For the first consultation, it is best to do it face to face. Quite simply, because the first consultation is essential to understand you better, to know you. The following can be done remotely.

12. What payment methods can I use? You can use the following credit cards: Visa / Mastercard / CB / American Express / Amazon Pay / PayPal / Shop Pay. We also accept Meal Vouchers (card or paper).
13. How to pay with meal vouchers in paper format? Choose the meal voucher payment method (paper format), and your order will be validated and shipped upon receipt of the meal vouchers.If your order exceeds €19, you can then pay the supplement either by bank transfer, PayPal
14. Is my payment secure? Yes. You can check it with the padlock (certificate verification) or the display "https://www.goobio.fr".
15. When will I be charged? After verification of payment, your order is validated. You will be debited immediately after the order is validated.
16. What delivery methods are available? We can deliver with Colissimo, Chronopost (with supplement), Click and Collect, if the packages are not heavy, an express delivery person can come during the day by appointment and the order is placed before 2 p.m. (Contact us for further information).
