Application:

Take a dab of balm and massage the feet working your way up from the toes to the ankles. Practice pressure points on the arch and heel. Use preferably in the evening or after a long walk. Do not give to children under the age of seven, seek the advice of the doctor for pregnant women and breastfeeding women. Do not apply to an open wound.
